About Us
Welcome to Physiophyx PT, where we’ve reimagined the traditional physical therapy experience. Our PTs offer 60-minute treatment sessions, see only about 7 patients per day, and have the flexibility to create their own schedules. Our clinic is founded on the principles of co-mentorship, treating a caseload of motivated active adults, athletes, and sports enthusiasts, with minimal documentation requirements. Beyond the clinic, we engage with our community by hosting in-person workshops, sponsoring local sports events, and encouraging our team to train and stay active alongside our patients. Our ethos is centered on holistic care, continuous learning, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
About The Role
To excel at our clinic, you need:
- A degree and license in physical therapy.
- Sales experience (or a willingness to learn sales with our mentorship).
- Experience working with active adults and athletes.
- Proficiency in exercise prescription, strength, and conditioning.
- Strong skills in motivational interviewing, communication, empathy, and self-directed problem-solving
