Dr. Sharmaine is the BEST PT I’ve ever met! As a massage therapist and yoga instructor, I’m pretty familiar with my own body but had a weight lifting incident that chiropractics and massage alone couldn’t fix. Which is how I came to Sharmaine… she’s extremely knowledgeable. Your time is spent evaluating, being shown proper alignment for exercises/stretches and then the body work. Which for me was dry needling and shock wave therapy. After session one I could immediately tell a difference! About 6-8 weeks later (because I went on vacay, I missed a week) I was back in the gym, rebuilding what I had lost while pulling back on training. There was even a time that I mentioned a hip thing and she made time to work on that during one of my sessions. The entire staff is super nice. The facility is clean. This place is awesome - I highly recommend! The team is very accommodating and extremely knowledgeable in what they do. I came in to assist with my shoulder mobility for dance and volleyball and the sessions have improved my play. I used to have some "pinching" in my shoulder when I do activities and they're completely gone. Because I am physically active all year round I started the membership plan so I can do some recovery exercises / sessions to prevent / detect any injuries and increase my longevity for the sports that l love!

The staff and owners at this amazing physical therapy center is amazing to work with. Very educational and they play the best music. I was close to rotator cuff surgery and decided to give Physiophyx a try.  After 8 weeks of therapy the pain that kept me from sleeping was gone. The shoulder had loosened up and feels so much better.  I would recommend everyone to give them a try…Physiophyx is a great place!!

I've never felt so welcomed, cared for, seen, and heard by anyone; MUCH less from the folks in the medical field. Dr Sharmaine is patient, measured, and so extremely knowledge. My mom had a minor foot surgery and needed PT after, so we came here for the first time. She loved working with Dr. Sharmaine. And we also appreciated the front desk staff. It was never hard to get a hold of someone or to make an appointment or to reschedule as things happen. We did like how she only had to come in person once a week as it's hard to take off work to take her. She got exercises to do at home sent to her which she did the other days.
