Vestibular Therapy

Integrative Dry Needling

Dry needling is a safe, non-medicinal, highly effective treatment technique that facilitates blood flow and promotes tissue remodeling in the affected area. Its mechanism is to facilitate our body’s natural healing process, resetting the musculoskeletal system, and improving the body’s function, mobility, and pain.

Blood Flow Restriction Therapy

Blood flow restriction (BFR) training employs low-intensity exercise coupled with a cuff to restrict partial blood flow, simulating the effects of high-intensity workouts with reduced limb stress. This approach proves beneficial for individuals unable to engage in strenuous exercises due to reasons like post-surgery recovery, chronic pain, or muscle atrophy. BFR training facilitates muscle growth, strength enhancement, and improved fitness levels while triggering hormone release conducive to growth. Adhering to proper guidelines renders BFR training safe for most individuals.
